Client: Paddington Development Corporation Ltd

The operation is based in the Grade 1 listed canopy structure originally designed as a facilities building for canal boat traffic in the Paddington Basin. The structure is adapted within the existing design to accommodate a restaurant and bar facility. The Café Restaurant will operate throughout the day with a capacity of 85 seats. In addition extra seating (approx 35) will be available around the ground floor bar area. The general day-to-day operation shall be based on a relaxed dining experience, allowing customers of the store. The back of house facilities have the ability to support additional seating capacity that may be provided in the future if a canal boat is moored along side the restaurant building.
