The site is an island located at the junction of Middlesex Street, Whitechapel High Street and Goulston Street in the City of London. The proposal is mixed use with offices, retail and residential accommodation. A basement provides 120 parking spaces with retail and residential entrances at the ground level. The residential accommodation on the upper level takes the form of two independent courtyards which offer private amenity spaces. The cores animate the central areas and serve the perimeter units facing the public streets. At the tip of the site the development increases in height to form a landmark with office space on the mid levels and penthouse apartments on the upper levels with panoramic views of London at the highest levels.
