The proposal is for a mixed use retail and residential building of ground plus three levels. Stepping from East to West in order to mimic the existing urban context, the proposal includes generous openings at ground level along with large scale ordering features forming three distinct facade components. Regular fenestration to bounded by irregular chamfered window surrounds creating interesting architectural pattern while the narrow brickwork features corner accents at ground level from Lillie Road and a perforated brick buffer wall from Chestnut Court.
