The site is bound by Maiden Lane and Bedford Street and includes a combination of refurbished and new development within the heart of Covent Garden. At Bedford Street two infill buildings are proposed to fit within the Georgian context of the street with a gateway leading to the courtyard within the heart of the scheme. At Maiden Lane a gateway building acts as a local landmark recognising the public route from Maiden Lane to the Strand passing through an internal court. The upper levels are set back to provide a relieved frontage on the main street which forms a forecourt for the café and retail spaces. The proposal is mixed use including restaurants, retail and craft shops at ground with a four screen cinemas on the levels above.
